We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an (a) incomplete order, (b) expired product, (c) damaged product, (d) incorrect product, please notify VaidyaRx Pvt Ltd User Support immediately within 2 days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that VaidyaRx Pvt Ltd will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 2 days of receipt.

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories , unless the product is expired / damaged at the time of delivery:

Family Nutrition	Infant Baby Food, Toddlers’ and Kids’ Health Drink
Vitamin and Mineral Supplements	Core Letter Vitamins, Multi-Vitamin

Others	Any wearable (COPD vest, bandages, bandage, knee caps) and any item (solid, gel, aerosol) which may have been partially used

REFUND POLICY:

i. Refund Policy:At VaidyaRx, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below: ii. Full Refund Possible If: a. you received a defective item b. the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit. c. you have received the product that has crossed the expiry date iii. Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing, and we have no control over that. VaidyaRx Pvt Ltd strives to provide exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers. However, in circumstances where substantial monetary transactions are involved, we cannot be held liable for compensation or interest. iv. Cash on Delivery: In order to process such refunds for COD orders, the User will be required to send an email to cs@vaidyarx.com or call us at +91 8882720483. Thereafter, the User will receive a refund to his/her bank account. In case if it is to be refunded to User’s bank account, the User will have to provide the bank account details. How to Request a Refund: V. To request a refund, simply email us your order details in the email id ‘cs@vaidyarx.com’ , including the reason why you're requesting a refund. If possible can attach pictures also. We take User feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Service Cancellation: The platform shall only connect the User with the Doctor/registered medical practitioners of the service booked. Once the appointment has been made and a confirmation has been given to the User, the Company shall inform the Doctor/registered medical practitioners who shall render the consult at the agreed time and mode provided at the time of booking the service. We are in no way liable for any deficiency of services if any arises including but not limited to cancellation of order due to unavailability of the Doctor/registered medical practitioners. 1. Doctor Consultations: Cancellation by User: Once the Doctor confirms the Patient’s request for an appointment, the Patient will not be able to cancel the appointment. Cancellation by Doctor: In case of a Doctor’s cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment for a mutually convenient time. 2. Medicine Delivery: Order Cancellation: Users can cancel their medicine order before it is processed (dispensed by the pharmacy) for a full refund. Once the order is processed, cancellation is not possible. 3. General Refund Process: All eligible refunds will be processed through Razorpay within 7 business days of the cancellation or error notification. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the user. 4. Additional Considerations: This Policy is subject to change at any time. VaidyaRx Pvt Ltd will update this page and notify users of any changes. This Policy is in addition to, and does not supersede, any terms and conditions or user agreements you may have with your users.

While we strive to provide seamless payment processing experiences, it is important to note that VaidyaRx shall not be held responsible for any downtime, technical issues, or disruptions experienced by Razorpay or our partner banks. Merchant Bank Payment Processing Disclaimer: While VaidyaRx endeavors to provide efficient payment processing services, it is important to note that delays may occur if payments are held or stuck with the merchant's bank. VaidyaRx shall not be held responsible for any such delays or issues arising from the processing procedures of the merchant's bank.
